Offensive subjects (elaborate): None really. Just ask before hand, if possible. That's all I can ask, right? Language isn't an issue for me, so have at that.

Kissing this character: Luffy is oblivious to all that "opposite sex" business but, you are welcome to, if he catches your fancy. Het prefered, of course.
Flirting with this character: Have at it. He won't understand, but it is totally allowed.
Adult Content with this character: Discuss with me first, please. I'm not here for smut, but relationships in RP are bound to happen.
Fighting with this character: He's a scrapper. He'll only turn down a fight if it is a waste of time. Otherwise, go ahead and come at him.
Killing this character: Ask me first. No killing him without working it out OOCly. I also reserve the right to turn down the idea.
Using telpathy/mind reading abilities on this character: They're super effective on him. Seriously. He's as dumb as a sheet of construction paper. Work this out with me in PM or on AIM first though, please!
Time Manipulation with this character: Open to this idea, with discussion before hand, of course.
Cancel powers/abilities of this character: Luffy's only real power dampener comes from seastone (outside of Admin/Mod rulings, of course). Discuss this with me first but in most cases Luffy's devil fruit power isn't something that can be negated. His haki abilities are a whole different story, but that is something that I will make sure to ask others before bringing up.
